| Placing an order Browse through our galleries and select the design that you love the most. When you have chosen your design, fill out the order form. Be sure all important information is included (name; stats; party information; paper size; paper type). Use the Special Instructions field if you wish to request any changes such as colors, wording, fonts etc. You will receive a confirmation email form us letting you know we received your order and photos. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know what additional information is needed. If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours please check your spam/bulk folder. Should you not receive this email, please email us at info@invitedtoo.com. By placing an proof order with Invited Too you are committing to ordering the minimum of 1 pack (25 cards). sending a photo After you have submitted your order form, please e-mail your photo(s) to photos@invitedtoo.com, with your full name as the subject line. Please email your photo in JPEG file format with a minimum resolution of 1020 x 720 pixels (w x h). The quality of the finished product will depend in part on the quality of your photo, so a high resolution photograph is preferred. Please do not crop the photograph. We will crop your photo as necessary, and change it to black and white or sepia tone, depending on the design and your preference. If you are using professional photos we will need a photographer’s release “in hand”. See our Photo Tips page for more info photos. proofs We will e-mail your proof before it is printed. This is where you need to let us know of all the changes you would like to have. All major edits (picture changes and/or proof changes) do carry a 24hr turnaround. Minor edits, such as text edits, font edits, color pictures to b/w, etc..are usually done the same day. Please review your proof carefully, as changes cannot be made once the printing process begins. payments We accept payments via PayPal, where payments are made using credit cards, debit cards, or bank account transfers. Because we have teamed up with Paypal, you can be assured that your transactions and personal information will be secure. If you have any questions about the security of PayPal, please visit the PayPal Security Center. In store orders may be paid in cash. timelines You will receive a proof within 1-3 business days after we receive both your order form and photos. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after receiving approval of your proof. shipping Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $9.00 per order within the contiguous 48 states.
