Our printers and agencies may have access to this information in order to fulfill your order. Invited Too will not sell, share, trade, rent, or distribute our list of customers or your personal information to anyone under any circumstances. We are committed to respecting your privacy. We occasionally use clients' proofs on our web site or in our printed catalogs for promotional purposes. In these cases, we will remove any identifiable personalization information from the image.
We ensure your payment information is safe and secure by handling all of your payment information through Paypal. Because we have teamed up with Paypal, you can be assured that your transactions and personal information will be secure. We do not have access to any of the payment information other than your address. If you have any questions about the security of PayPal, please visit the PayPal Security Center.

If you receive an email announcement or special offer from us and would like to be removed from our mailing list, simply reply to the email with the word REMOVE in the subject line.

By submitting an order to Invited Too, you agree to the following:

You certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby whose photo you submit, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to reproduce the baby's photos with Invited Too.

You certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you and give Invited Too your consent to display them on its web site. We do occasionally use our customer's proofs on our website for promotional purposes only. We will always remove any identifiable information.

You may access and use the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. This website and its entire contents, including but not limited to all artwork, design and text is belong to invited too and are protected under the United States and International Copyright Laws. It is unlawful to reproduce, transmit, print, or distribute either the form or content of any portion of this website without the expressed written consent of Invited Too.

All announcements/invitation designs including emailed proofs remain the property of Invited Too as the creator or licensee of the graphics and are not intended for free use. You are not entitled to duplicate, create derivative works of, distribute, display or perform any content without the express permission of Invited Too. Any attempts to copy these designs will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

This web site may contain links to other web sites. These links are to companies or organizations we believe you may have an interest in. Invited Too is not responsible for the content of any other site or for ongoing review of other sites.


ORDERING
By placing an proof order with Invited Too you are committing to ordering the minimum of 1 pack (25 cards).

CANCELLATION FEES
Orders canceled after your proof has been created will be subject to $20 cancellation fee, which covers the time our designers applied to editing your photos, customizing your proof

Paid orders that have been sent to print may not be canceled under any circumstances.

RETURN POLICY
Once a paid order has been sent to print, no refunds or exchanges can be made.  We urge you to double check all text, photo placement, before you approve your proof for print.  If you receive your order and for any reason are not satisfied, contact orders@invitedtoo.com with a brief description of the issue and we will review the printed file.  If a mistake is made by Invited Too, we will reprint your order at no cost to you.
